Follow your local guide and meet the producers in person, eager to share their passion, their world and let you into their own home.
We also offer a door to door wine shipping service during our tours.
During the day get an inside look at all the steps of the winemaking process, from fermentation to bottling. Complete the experience with a unique tasting of different vintages of Amarone and of course all the Valpolicella wines: Classico. Superiore, Ripasso and the sweet Recioto!
Bonus, when possible we also taste the new EVO of the wineries.
Between vineyard and winery visits, enjoy a delicious, traditional full lunch - of course, always paired with Valpolicella wine and Amarone!

Our full-day Valpolicella wine tour offers an exploration of the famous Amarone hills with a local guide, driver, lunch, and winery visits. While on the road, sit back, relax, and admire the rolling vineyard landscape.
Just a 20-minute drive from Verona, the Valpolicella wine region is one of the most famous and appreciated wine producing regions in Italy, renowned not only for Amarone wine but also Ripasso and sweet Recioto, the father of the Amarone wine!

This tour was an absolute dream. Virginia is an extremely knowledgeable, warm and fun guide. We loved all the wineries and the lunch was extremely good as well. I can not recommend this tour enough. Thank you for the wonderful day tasting some exceptional wines

The tour was outstanding and we had a wine tour to remember. Sara is both expert and enthusiastic. Her intimate knowledge of wines (and Veronese wines in particular), her years of experience in the wine industry as well as her personal relationships with the growers made this day truly memora...
The tour was outstanding and we had a wine tour to remember. Sara is both expert and enthusiastic. Her intimate knowledge of wines (and Veronese wines in particular), her years of experience in the wine industry as well as her personal relationships with the growers made this day truly memorable. Not only did we learn a lot but we did it in a lighthearted, relaxed way. Sara selected 3 boutique, top class , Valpollicella producers to visit - each very individual and showcasing the impact of differing locations and production styles. Tastings with the producer (as opposed to a "visitor host" or sales person) really added to the experience. Lunch was very good and was taken at one of the producers. To top it all, Sara is a delightful person who goes out of her way to make sure that you have a great day out learning about this famous range of winesforever20years

I booked this experience only a week ago and I really couldn’t imagine could have been so memorable. My husband and I spent an amazing day visiting 3 different wineries and tasting many very good Amarone wines from 2001, 2007, 2009, 2012 and 2015. We talked a lot with the wine maker about procedures and grape varieties, we really learned a lot about all the process and the Valpolicella wines. At the end we even had our 24 bottles of wine shipped home at a reasonable price. This was a day I can hardly forget. I warmly recommend our tour guide Virginia too, she was very knowledgeable about the whole area and the wines.jeanad002

Highly recommend this wine tour with Virginia. She was so knowledgeable and took us to 3 unique wineries. We learned so much in the 6 hour time and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Verona looking for a day trip! We would do it again!
