What to expect
We are the ONLY boat dive for certified divers that offers a ratio of 4:1. See what diving in small groups does to elevate your experience. This half day trip is fun educational and features dive sites on the island of Lanai that are the best that Hawaiian diving has to offer. Our dives are conducted by certified Dive Instructors with additional degrees or training in the local ecology and biology. We go slow and take our time underwater so that we can really see what there is to discover on Lanai's reefs. After the dive we debrief on what we saw and take the time on our return trip to Maui to discuss the animals that we discovered. We take only 4 divers at a time and have two dive guides so our ratio of dive guide to diver is the lowest on Maui. You will be in a group of no more than 4 divers. We also allow divers to stay for at least an hour on each dive.

Can't compliment them enough.

I booked a two tank dive tour of Lanai for myself. Everyone from the booking process when I had questions to the Captain and crew when on the boat were extremely nice and helpful. I had the pleasure of Having Chris as the Captain of the boat that day(he came out even though it was his birthday!) with the Dive masters Emma and Shelby. (I hope I am spelling everyones name right!) It was a small group of 7 customers that boarded the boat that day and they sat down with each of us to see what type of marine life or special things that we wanted to see that day. They also took the time to learn about us and our Diving experience/knowledge. The best part was the only limitation of being under was either your air consumption or a max of 70 minutes. Our first dive was at shark fin which was awesome to see everything and just the vast area that seemed to stretch on forever. I was so happy to get such good footage on my gopro. Both Emma and Shelby pointed out a lot of wildlife. We were really lucky to see a Fire Dartfish! When we had surfaced, The crew assisted us with getting our gear off as well as they already had food waiting for us. And if we were thirsty they had waters ready with our names on it so we did not get them confused. After a short surface interval, we started our second dive I believe at Cathedral #2. We got to dive through some of the lava tunnels that were made and got to see some upside down coral that looks like a chandelier. We were also lucky enough to just be able to float and watch a turtle do its thing in the coral field. My personal opinion if you have a choice go with extended horizon. With how everybody was, the knowledge of the crew, and overall good customer service/experience you will bot regret the decision. I look forward to booking more dives with them on future dove trips to maui!
