What to expect
Snorkel from the shore and marvel at an array of marine life found in the waters at Freeman"s Bay in English Harbour. Escorted by your Knowledgeable guide, push a button an propel your way to the Pillars of Hercules a natural rock formation not far away. See Turtles, Rays, crabs, Shipwrecks, and an array of colorful tropical fishes.
If you've ever wanted to see how it feels to be James Bond, this activity will give you that feel! Its called Snorkeling, Scooter Snorkeling.

- Must be able to swim or have previously snorkeled.
- Weight Limit 300 lbs 136kg
- This is a Shore activity, we do not use a boat
- Turtle sightings are better on afternoon sessions. We also see turtles in the morning, not as high a probability as afternoon session.

I read the previous reviews prior to booking our excursion and was still a little apprehensive but I am so glad we went. This was the highlight of our trip to Antigua. Damon was a wonderful host and guide. Damon picked us up at our resort and took us to English Harbor. I thought we were going to be on a boat and ride to the snorkeling location but it was right off the beach from his business. We went through a safety brief and then walked out into the water and after a few minutes of getting used to the gear began our adventure. The turtles, stingrays, and fish were amazing. The pictures he took were wonderful. After longer than we actually booked, we went back for some light snacks and then he took us back to the resort. Later that evening he sent us all the pictures via email. Great trip!Damon and his team were great. Picked up from our hotel and what a nice guy. A mini tour guide thrown in for our journey to Galleon Bay. Full safety briefing given. Power snorkelling was amazing. Saw one turtle, stingray and masses of fish. Great team.This was an incredible experience - the guys were lovely and we saw two turtles and a sting ray. The machines are extremely easy to learn and even more enjoyable to actually use in the water.

Easily the best activity we did whilst in Antigua, being able to dive down and swim alongside the turtles was amazing!We all loved this scooter snorkelling experience from 11yrs to 49yrs of age. We saw lots of turtles & fish & the guides were brilliant making sure we were ok & taking lots of photos. We were in the water for longer than I thought we would be, so might not be suitable for anyone younger.

They spent the time in the beginning to make sure everyone felt safe before going out and how to use all the equipment. Let me tell you those little jets they give you make you never want to snorkel with out them again. We saw so many turtles and tropical fish. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking to see the natural beautiful of Antigua.
