What to expect
A Try Scuba Diving experience lasts approximately 3hrs, the team will take you through the basic equipment required (all supplied and sterile to Covid governance).
You will learn the basic skills required, how the equipment works and the relevant hand signals to communicate underwater.
You will be taken to a lovely little bay 2mins from our centre, to try the shallow water skills and breathing. Then once happy we will take you on your first dive, and if lucky you might see one of the turtles.
We dive mornings or afternoons and are available 7 days a week.
Suitable for adults and children from 10yrs upwards.
Photographs and videos are included in the price.

Today I went with my friend to tick another experience off my list. I am a pensioner and not very spritely. Jody and Kim were awesome! Never did I think a very large old girl would fit into a wet suit and I took shorts and T-shirt. But I did?!??? Then they took us to a lagoon where we swam for ages. Kim and Jody always right there. I had to go up a couple of times and they had me up in seconds sorted me out and back down again. I didn’t get a photo but we stroked a jelly fish and Jody encourage some beautiful fish over so we could see them close up They took us back to the shop to get changed. Honesty one of the best experiences of my life. Hats off the team for making us feel safe and protected from beginning to end. We went into Sirens to enquire about diving as our group had recently completed a PADI open water course in the UK and another was rusty on diving experience. Richard and Jody were brilliant throughout the booking of the experiences and their ongoing coaching throughout to help us refresh and improve our skills! The diving was brilliant too, on our first dive we encountered a turtle and the underwater statues and our second led us to see lion fish and other fascinating underwater sights! We have booked a further dive with them as they have been brilliant and we are very much looking forward to it. We had an amazing dive with Jody who was incredibly patient and really took his time to get us comfortable with the experience. As we were beginner divers, Jody took us through all of the safety information and got us ready for what was an unforgettable morning! It’s fair to say that we were a bit apprehensive strapping on all the gear, but that quickly dissipated as we entered the water. Jody talked us through what we should expect in the shallower waters of Green Bay before we set off for our dive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone - if you’ve never done it, you should give it a go with Sirens.Recently completed two dives with Nick and had a great experience! Recently completed two dives with Nick and had a great experience! I’m a newly qualified and nervous diver and he took the time to explain everything to make sure I was comfortable in the water. The first dive was a shallower 9m dive at Greenbay where we saw various fish species plus the highligh of two turtles. It was the perfect diving location to get me used to diving again. The second dive was a deeper 18m dive at Cyclopes where we saw some Lion fish and a large scorpion fish. All the equipment supplied was in a very good condition and pleasure to use which help with my confidence. Nick also kindly took some great photos of me diving which was included in the price. I had a really good experience with Sirens and Nick in particular who really look the time to make sure I had the best experience possible I couldn’t recommend them enough. Next time I’m back in the area I’ll definitely be using them for any future Dives.
