Hello! For the visit to Abu Simbel, Bassant contacted me via WhatsApp, his attention was kind and pleasant. The tour lasted approximately 3 hours there and 3 hours back, in Abu Simbel we spent approximately 1.30 - 2.00 hours. As a recommendation, inform visitors when they do not have paid tickets to enter the temple. The place is beautiful and impressive, I will definitely return again. Thanks for the attention!Tour was excellent. I would suggest the following improvements for the tour operator. Since the bus takes time to pickup customers, we being the last one, could have taken extra half an hour sleep if we were told that the pick up will happen at 4:40 instead of 4 am. There was a lot of time wasted...
Tour was excellent. I would suggest the following improvements for the tour operator. Since the bus takes time to pickup customers, we being the last one, could have taken extra half an hour sleep if we were told that the pick up will happen at 4:40 instead of 4 am. There was a lot of time wasted by the coordinator after arrival in Abu Simbel when he was talking to people on phone trying to figure things out. We waited in ticket line afterwards that could have been easily done while he was working out details on phone since the ticket lines were long. Could have saved at least half an hour when we were just waiting cluelessly what's going on. Other than that good experience. Did not know when we would be back in Aswan (lack of communication), we did reach Aswan around 3:30 pm. Apparently there was some text messaging or what's app messaging that we were not a part of, not sure who all was on that chat.I went to the wonderful Abu Simbel trip and enjoyed my time very much. The service was excellent and it was a special service. thank you

Nunca pasaron por mi estuve desde las 4 hasta las 6 de la mañana esperando no recomiendo para nada...Leider war der Tourveranstalter nicht erreichbar und kam auch nicht zur Abholung (bekanntes Hotel in Aswan). Damit viel Abu Simbel für mich ins Wasser! Das ist unglaublich ärgerlich, da mir mein Traum von Abu Simbel (warum auch immer) ohne jegliche Kommunikation und Angabe von Gründen genommen wu...
Leider war der Tourveranstalter nicht erreichbar und kam auch nicht zur Abholung (bekanntes Hotel in Aswan). Damit viel Abu Simbel für mich ins Wasser! Das ist unglaublich ärgerlich, da mir mein Traum von Abu Simbel (warum auch immer) ohne jegliche Kommunikation und Angabe von Gründen genommen wurde! Fazit: Finger weg vom Anbieter "Get Your Holidays". Unfortunately the tour operator was not available and did not come to pick me up (known hotel in Aswan)!Cancelled at 2.30 am for a 4am pick up.
