Overview

Triglav is Slovenia’s national symbol and pride, which we carry in our hearts as well as on our flag. It lies in our only national park with the same name, called Triglav National Park. This mountain highlights the importance of alpinism for us Slovenians and is also considered as a slavic god in our old pagan belief.

This is the most popular ascent in our country, but not the easiest one, therefore it is strongly recommended that you hire a qualified mountain guide.

You will experience the vast Slovenian land down below and the it's smallness as well, since you will be able to see the our seaside.

The tour takes two days with 8h walking. If you like to take it easy and enjoy every step, this is the tour for you.

  • transport from Bled and back

Both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us feel like we were in tremendously safe hands, and allowed us to just enjoy the mountains. All t...

Brilliant experience with Klara and Matevž. I joined a small group (just 3 others) as a solo traveler. The others were all very friendly, spoke great English (sorry for my lack of Flemish, French or Slovenian) and were a pleasure to climb with. The hike and the climb itself were easier than expec...
