What to expect
Itinerary
Get up, get out, and get your adrenaline flowing, as you explore new outdoor adventures within the UAE. Trade city skylines for vibrant valleys, impressive peaks, and wild wadi beds. We offer recreational hikes as well as challenging boulder trails.
We will start the day bright and early to beat the heat and drive east towards the Al Hajar mountain range. From here we go in search of adventure, biodiversity, and aesthetic beauty. Your journey will take you through anything from unique rock formations, contrasting colored water pools, historical traces dating back to the bronze age, to beautiful farms scattered with date palms as well as lemon, orange, mango, and pomegranate fruit trees.
From mountain trekking to desert rides to ocean views, adventure is only bounded by your imagination!

5 out of 5 stars for this one. I was only in Dubai on a layover and wanted to do something active outside of the city. If you're looking for something similar don't hesitate to book this tour. Our day started early with a 6am pickup from the meeting point, which meant leaving DIFC around 5:30am....
5 out of 5 stars for this one. I was only in Dubai on a layover and wanted to do something active outside of the city. If you're looking for something similar don't hesitate to book this tour. Our day started early with a 6am pickup from the meeting point, which meant leaving DIFC around 5:30am. We were headed to the Wadi Thaena trail in Fujairah. The driver was super friendly and made a stop along the way so we could pick up waters and snacks. Plan to drink about 2 liters of water per person. The hike is a 7.5km, 410 M elevation gain hike lasting 4-5 hours. It's labeled as a moderate difficulty hike, but there were first timers as part of our group. If you're fit you can easily do this as a beginner. The guides will set the pace accordingly and provide helpful tips along the way. The pictures really speak for themselves, but it was a great day.Ar_l

An excellent, rustic getaway from the hustle and bustle of life in the fast lane with a group of great people. ECC adventures hosted a memorable trip to the secluded coves of Musandam and it was epic. From the short hike down to smuggler's bay and then on the dhow to spend the night on a secluded beach followed by a day of watersports and a visit to some sea caves it was all spectacular. The ECC team went out of their way to give us a memorable experience. It was an absolute bargain and we will definitely be joining them on many more of their adventures. I highly recommend their hikes and trips. They are super professional, have a great vibe and culture about them and will help you love the outdoors here in the sweltering dester heat.Martin H

I wanted an interesting hike for a friend’s visit and Chris suggested Wadi Maytaq in Fujairah. We had a great day walking in a remote and beautiful part of the country which we would never have found on our own (And I have lived in the UAE for 15 years). Our guide Johan was brilliant - very knowledgeable about the natural habitat, friendly and couldn’t have done more to ensure that we had a great day. The route was quite demanding (combination of the heat, length and fact that was largely off trail) but well worth the effort. Thanks ECC.OnAir34421958984
