This was a scam. We purchased the lagoon transfer and they placed us on a crowded standing room only public transportation bus (with over 30 passengers) with a confusing transfer at another station (I confirmed we got on the correct bus when we arrived since this was not what we were expecting). When I contacted the tour company because it clearly states that this is for a maximum of 20 passengers that deceptively responded that what they meant was that they would sell 20 of these trips. I contacted Viator and they confirmed my interpretation was correct (and I also supplied them with photos of the public transportation buses we were placed on). Despite all this, both the company and Viator refused to provide a refund.Excellent transfer. Driver was on time and provided helpful directions. Transportation was quick and smooth. Highly recommend!
Excellent transfer. Driver was on time and provided helpful directions. Transportation was quick and smooth. Highly recommend! Our transfer was very easy to find at the Keflavik airport. So relaxing after the overnight flight from Seattle to get on the bus and look around on the way to downtown Reykjavik.

Just note that the tickets are not included. My friend and I didn't notice that part, but we still had fun walking around and eating at the restaurant.

The gift shop is very nice. Our driver was efficient and answered our questions.

I will not be going back to the Blue Lagoon, however, because it is too expensive and they got rid of the silica bottom and the free silica mud. There is no downstairs changing room for handicapped men.
