Overview

Explore the historic city of Oxford and discover centuries of rich English history on this private bespoke walking tour. Sightseeing in and around the City, University and Colleges, you will discover Oxford's extraordinary history from its origins as a rag tag of Halls to the premier university it is today.

Perhaps enjoy a taste of student life wandering through the chapels, dining halls and gardens of a great college.

Or visit the medieval Divinity School — the University’s oldest classroom (and the location of scenes in 3 Harry Potter movies!)

Get to know the City, its medieval lanes and spaces, its own unique history and often stormy relationships with the University.

All our guides are Oxford graduates and/or published writers on Oxford, known (and oft celebrated!) for their delight in sharing their expertise, enthusiasm and love of storytelling.
