Itinerary

Day 1: From Kutaisi to Martvili

Stop At: Prometheus Cave, Kumistavi Georgia
The biggest karts cave in Georgia.

The total length of the cave is about 11 km, of which 1 km is open to visitors. Cave has total of 22 halls of which six are currently open to tourists.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Okatse Canyon, Village Gordi of Khoni Municipality, Zeda Gordi, Kutaisi 5900 Georgia
Natural monument in Georgia, located in the village, in the vicinity of the river Okatse.

Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Martvili Canyon, Martivili Georgia
700 m long stone paved circular route starts from Martvili Canyon visitor center and crosses the Dadiani historical trail. There are 2 bridges, 3 platform views and historical 30 steps stair constructed by large limestone boulders.

Visitors can enjoy 300 meter boat tour on river Abasha and beautiful views of mountain river canyon.

Day 2: From Martvili to Mestia

Stop At: Monastery Martvili, Martivili Georgia
Martvili Monastery (VII century).
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Enguri Dam, водохранилище Джвари Энгри, Q25J+CC8, Potskho Etseri, Georgia
The Enguri Dam is a hydroelectric dam on the Enguri River in Georgia. Currently it is the world's second highest concrete arch dam with a height of 271.5 metres
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Hotel Restaurant Mestia, Seti Square, 27, Mestia 3200, Georgia
We'll visit Mestia, check-in hotel or guesthouse and have dinner.

Stop At: Svaneti Museum of History and Ethnography, A. Lozeliani st. 7, Mestia 384750 Georgia
Mestia Ethnographic Museum was established in 1936. This small mountain museum located in a traditional Svan tower has the richest exposition equaling collections of any European museum. There you will see valuable gold and silver items collected at various times: icons, ornaments, stamping, hunting accessories, military armor, coins and many other masterpieces of applied art. All these treasures were voluntary offered by parishioners in favor of churches (according to the ancient tradition of highlanders of Georgia). The special place is occupied by the richest collection of ancient Georgian manuscripts of the 9th – 11th centuries.

Day 3: Mestia - Ushguli - Mestia

Stop At: Hatsvali Ski Lift, 2PHM+QJM, Mestia, Georgia
Hatsvali Ski Resort is located in Svaneti about 8 Km away from Mestia.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Chalaadi Glacier, 4PG8+9PV, Mestia, Georgia
If you are a lover of hiking, Chalaadi Glacier is a nice place to go.

Day 4: From Mestia to Kutaisi

Stop At: Dadiani Palaces Historical and Architectural Museum, Zviad Gamsakhurdia St., 2, Zugdidi 2100 Georgia
On the way back from Mestia, we'll visit Dadiani Palace in Zugdidi.

Stop At: Town-Fortress Nokalakevi, Senaki Georgia
Nokalakevi, also known as Archaeopolis, is an ancient town-fortress located in the Samegrelo region of Western Georgia. This historic site dates back to the 4th century BC and was an important strategic point on the Silk Road. Visitors to Nokalakevi can explore the well-preserved fortifications, citadels, and temples that offer a glimpse into the region's rich cultural heritage.

In addition to its historical significance, Nokalakevi is also located near several hot sulfur springs that are believed to have medicinal properties. These springs are situated on the Tekhuri River, and their warm waters have been known to alleviate a variety of ailments, including joint pain, skin conditions, and respiratory issues.
