I bought this experience for my husband's birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned loads about the intricacies of winemaking and appreciated the wine a little more. It was great value. Thank you.

My husband had received a voucher for his birthday for a tour and tasting and we had a lovely afternoon yesterday at Hidden Spring. Alex is so knowledgeable and interesting - she showed us around the vineyards and winery and then we had an excellent tasting. The wine is delicious and we came away with a few bottles! We would highly recommend a visit.Truly fantastic. An essential visit. A small quaint tasting room with a cosy atmosphere and amazing hosting. Alex was the perfect host. Truly fantastic. An essential visit. A small quaint tasting room with a cosy atmosphere and amazing hosting. Alex was the perfect host. She knows every detail about all the wines, winemaking and English wine in general. She helps one explore and understand the flavours and aromas of each wine with a friendly and inviting attitude. Her personality brought another layer of enjoyment to the whole experience with zero pressure to buy any of the wines. She simply wanted to spread her enthusiasm for English winemaking. The experience was of grate value too. It's possible to taste for free, but £10 for a guided tasting of the wines is cheaper than drinking at the pub! I would highly recommend everyone to visit and have a wonderful time. Thank you Alex and Sally!Visited as part of a group tour. Really lovely setting. Lots of info about vines and wine making. Plus the opportunity to try some fabulous wine. Thank you for a really good visit. Can recommend a visit and buy some wine from here if you get the opportunity. Enjoy!

Visited this 5 year old vineyard on Saturday 15th August in a group of 5. We had a lovely morning / lunch learning about this brand new vineyard and how it was all planted and of course about the process from vine to bottle, with a tasting of 3 wines afterwards in their comfortable, modern, clean showroom/tasting lounge. The two gents that run the vineyard, Dave and Chris, were very knowledgeable and passionate about their wines. I would have preferred to have seem the wine being made rather than an empty warehouse/barn but it's too busy for tours when the wine is in full production - but interesting nevertheless. My only criticism, were the toilet facilities that were rather basic/damp compared to their lovely modern tasting suite. Also they did not ask about anything to do with Covid 19 health and safety which I found a little odd. We had ordered lunch which was delivered by a local delicatessen called Two Sisters Deli - quiche, salad, coleslaw and brownies with strawberries - all very delicious and we could eat outside overlooking the vines.Very enjoyable and insightful experience delving into English wines. Chris and David are very knowledgeable and truly passionate about what they do. Would highly recommend.
