It is a beautiful viewpoint towards the city that is about 9 kilometers from Cali climbing the Andes Mountains along a route full of curves. It is the largest and most representative monument of Cali made of iron and concrete, its mass is approx. 646 tons and 26 meters high that makes it one of the most emblematic points of Cali

Climbing another 13 kilometers the Montaña de los Andes we find this beautiful viewpoint towards the mountain range called the Lady of the Andes, better known as the "Virgin of Yanaconas". This beautiful virgin was built on the initiative of the Marist brothers on the occasion of the commemoration of the Marian year, it is a viewpoint of the Andean landscape with an iron and concrete monument. For the building, 44, 350 bricks and 1, 033 bags of concrete were needed, climbing by mule.

Esperaba hacer de todo en Cali, menos manejar motocicleta. Mi guia Juan muy conocedor, me dio las instrucciones para el manejo de la nueva moto y la manera mas segura de transitar en Cali. Estuve unos dias en cali, y quise hacer un tour por cali no cuento con licencia para conducir motocicleta, tampoco se conducir motos y por las leyes que hay en cali no pude hacer el recorrido en moto. Juan fue demasiado amable y me hizo un tour caminando (el hace tours en motos pero fue tan amabl...
Estuve unos dias en cali, y quise hacer un tour por cali no cuento con licencia para conducir motocicleta, tampoco se conducir motos y por las leyes que hay en cali no pude hacer el recorrido en moto. Juan fue demasiado amable y me hizo un tour caminando (el hace tours en motos pero fue tan amable para acomodarse a mi tiempo, y circunstancias) por las partes mas emblematicas de cali dando me datos sobre esculturas y cultura en cali. Tomando fotos durante todo el recorrido al gusto de un. Y a final de recorrido subimos al cristo en auto ya por la noche. Recomendado 100% amable, muy respetuoso, y siempre buscando la manera de que uno conosca lo mas posible con el tiempo que tiene uno.glorifai
