Wow! I really don’t have adequate words for this special experience, but I’ll try. This is a twofer trip - you get mangrove tunnels AND bioluminescence. The tunnel experience is freaky, creepy, and awe inspiring. Such a special ecosystem. And the bioluminescence is best described by my 88 year old dad who said “ it makes me feel like a kid again!” It’s a giggly, artsy, unworldly experience. Joy, our amazing guide, made it all so fun and kept us intrigued with fun facts. She obviously loves this area and these tours. You must do this!Great experience, friendly staff, good equipment. Great experience, friendly staff, good equipment. Family of 6, we had 3 tandem kayaks. We had experience with canoeing in the past, so our kids were totally fine and it wasn't hard at all - although some other people in the group we went out in struggled at first figuring out steering. Wove our way through the mangrove tunnels and also got some nice sunset views on the wider parts of the river. Our friendly guide, Cameron, was informative and helpful. They also take pictures so you don't have to, although we still took our cameras because they provide free waterproof dry bags and phone cases. Saw a couple dolphins on our way out and our way in, as well as many birds. We want to come back again - next time in the spring/summer for the bioluminescence tour.Cocoa Kayacking made sure that our experience was one of a kind. Throughout the tour, we learned so much about Florida wildlife and even got to see dolphins and a baby manatee. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We had so much fun. Thank you for a wonderful experience Cocoa Kayaking !

This was my first time going Kayaking, I took a leap of faith and did the night option with Dustin and wasn't disappointed at all. Dustin was very inviting and taught me a lot about the bioluminescence lights, local wildlife, and trees. I would highly recommend the night option if you're looking to try something different. The trip was peaceful, and I got to try something new!One of the best kayak tour of my life. Very scenic, informative and very well guided tour. Booking of the tour was very simple. One of the best kayak tour of my life. Very scenic, informative and very well guided tour. Booking of the tour was very simple. All the questions were answered very politely. Nathan, the guide, is the best. Provided all the details of history, environment, marine life and the mapping of the lagoons. Guided, assisted and toured through various tunnels and toured us close to dolphin. Took very scenic photos and videos of sunset while kayaking. Great, memorable and unique lifetime experience. My hard to impress 15 year old son said this was one of the "coolest things we have ever done".... and we have done a lot of things! My hard to impress 15 year old son said this was one of the "coolest things we have ever done".... and we have done a lot of things! This tour was amazing. First, they were very nice every time I called with questions. Once I decided on this tour, it was very easy to book. They gave good directions to the loading site as well. When we got there, our guide Nate had everything we needed - including bug spray. (The bugs were really only an issue before we got on the water.) He did everything for us except paddle! We dry loaded the boat and he pushed us into the water.. and pulled us out when we got back. It was very easy to get in and out of the boat. He gave good directions and lots of information about what we were seeing. What we saw was incredible! The sunset was beautiful. They even took photos of us in front of the sunset and emailed them to us the next day. The mangroves were amazing - even though they could be a little difficult to maneuver through at times - especially when it got dark. However, we all managed to get through. Nate gave good directions about what to do if we were separated or stuck. As for the bioluminescence - I have no words. It was really unbelievable to see. I had no idea that such things even existed - especially in Florida. Nate was great about showing us how to best experience it - even stopping to let us out of the boat if we wanted to swim in it. Today is my first day back at work and I have spent the day telling everyone who passes my office that they NEED to go do this (we are about 4 hours away). I really can't wait to go do this again. If you are in the area, do not miss this tour. It was a great tour to get in both the tunnels and the bioluminescence. They were a great company to go with as well.
