Had no idea what to really expect so this was outstanding! Spent close to 2 hours on the water with Dustin as our guide. He made sure to teach us about what we were actually looking at throughout the trip & made sure we did not miss any of the bioluminescence all around us - from simply paddling to jumping mullet (right into the boat!); manta rays & big fish chasing down the little fish - hold that glitter right in your hands! Felt very safe throughout our time on the water & even enjoyed getting out & walking thru the glow .... Would go again 100%Zach & Dustin were fantastic tour guides. They were fun and very informative. They made this trip fun for me and my family!!!

Biolunminescent is worth seeing. Had heard great things about this company. However they put adults in a tandem kayak who had no experience in this type of kayak, were expecting individual kayaks were not provided option and provided no coaching until asked. Waited for late arrivals and came back early. Guide kept saying we were lost. He did seem knowledgable about area and phenomenon when prompted. So--be sure when booking about type of kayak, ask lots of questions and don't let yourself be rushed. This was our second time doing the Bioluminescent Kayak Tour and it did not disappoint! This was our second time doing the Bioluminescent Kayak Tour and it did not disappoint! Dustin, our guide was amazing and super knowledgeable! He took every opportunity to steer us to where there would be the best chance to see the brightest water once we stirred it or where there would be more fish moving for more illumination!! We loved it and cant wait to come back again with the kiddos! Defininately bring bug spray or just a long sleeve will help! Its worth a little bug bite to experience it...Also, there were several shallow places to swim w sandy bottoms, perfect for a Bio Angel : )I’ve never kayaked before and not the biggest fan of the water so I was a little nervous about this excursion. Our guide Dustin SLAYED it — he brought the good bug spray, introduced us to ‘Henry’ the raccoon, had an impressive knowledge of the area, a good sense of humor, and made the trip highly...
I’ve never kayaked before and not the biggest fan of the water so I was a little nervous about this excursion. Our guide Dustin SLAYED it — he brought the good bug spray, introduced us to ‘Henry’ the raccoon, had an impressive knowledge of the area, a good sense of humor, and made the trip highly enjoyable and comfortable. Plus the bioluminescence was the coooolest!!
