We can't wait to go back and do another your with Adam. Adam is not only knowledge about the wines but the country, the history, and the agriculture. He kept us well entertained while introducing us to fabulous wines. He has an attention to detail and did everything to make our tour perfect and unique. We look forward to touring with him again the next time we are in Israel. We visited three vineyards - Tulip, Jezreel and Jonah - and had a fantastic experience with Adam as our guide. Very informative, lots of fun, great wine and insights into the Israeli wine industry. Memorable day / highly recommend!!

Adam was so wonderful! He picked us up at our hotel and our first stop was the Gush Etzion Winery! They have an amazing luncheon buffet on Friday’s. Adam showed us where they actually make the wine. ❤️❤️ We tried the white wines and the reds - they were both wonderful!!! The staff was sooo friendly and their place would be so great to host events. Adam has a great relationship with everyone there. Second stop was Ella Valley Vineyards. We started with their sparkling white wine. It was great! They brought us cheeses, their white wines, red wines, warm breads, spreads, etc. Everything was great! Adam knew so much about all of the wine being served and the vineyard. He even knew everyone there! We never found rushed. We give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Adam brings so much passion to both wine and all topics Israel that my afternoon visiting two wineries was such a joy. I brought back a bottle from Ella Valley that I'm planning to share with friends at some point.

Great activity! Adam was a great guide and his dog, Momo, is very sweet. I personally am not too into wine (or even cheese), but my fiance is a big fan; I, therefore, booked this tour as a birthday gift. We went to two wineries: Gush Etzion and Ella Valley. The food, wine, and cheese were excellent, and I tried some wines I had never tasted before. We also got to see some beautiful scenery around the vineyards. I enjoyed it very much, but more importantly, my fiance did ("best gift ever"), too, so the tour was a smashing success in my book. Overall, a great way to connect to the land and to Israel's roots as a wine-producing culture. Highly recommended for people who like wine, are interested in trying some of the varieties that Israel's budding wine industry has to offer, or simply want to do something "different" while in Israel. Not a bad idea for a birthday/anniversary/etc. gift, either.
