His descriptions of the buildings, their functions, and the people who lived within their walls enabled us to step back through time and walk through the cities as they would have been 2000 years ago. This made the sight of the plaster casts of Pompeii and skeletons of Herculaneum even more moving. I highly recommend taking a tour with Raffaele if you can: he is kind, professional, articulate, and knowledgeable, ensuring that both adults and children come away from the experience having gained so much insight into the area. We can’t thank you enough Raffaele. This has been at the top of my bucket list for as long as I can remember and you made the tour better than I had ever hoped for.We booked a tour of Pompeji with Roberto.
