Tim was an awesome tour guide! He knows his stuff and definitely knows how to tell a ghost story. The ghost tour was the best part of my trip to Baltimore.

My husband and I booked a tour on Saturday, 3/7 and the tour guide NEVER showed up. We were among approximately 30 people (too many people for a walking tour in my opinion) who got duped out of a ghost tour that evening. We got ghosted on the ghost tour. We, among other would-be tour attendees, called the Baltimore Ghost Tour's main office line and couldn't get though to anyone to assist us. We kept getting the voicemail and no other help. It was extremely frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional. If someone had at least answered the phone to assist us, it would have made this blow feel a little better, but NO ONE answered the phone, so 30 people had their evenings ruined. There was a mother and daughter visiting from Chicago, my husband and I from Indianapolis, a bachelorette party, a few couples and a family with children. This wasn't good at all. To compensate for its unfulfilled promise, Baltimore Ghost Tours issued us a refund (rightfully so) and a voucher for a free tour in the future which will go unused because we don't plan to visit Baltimore again anytime soon. Fingers crossed that you don't get ghosted like we did.Tour guide was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. It was enlightening to learn more about the area!
Tour guide was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. It was enlightening to learn more about the area!Had a very good walk and got to learn some history of this very unique part of Baltimore. Anyone traveling to Baltimore from another state should NOT miss Fells Point. It is one of the oldest parts of the state and filled with history, charm, and the quaintest bars around!
