- To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
- Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
- Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
- Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

This was the icing on the cake for us as a family. The views were out of this world. We arrived half a hour before as told and went out to helicopter at exactly out given time. Yes it’s pricey but you will probably do this once ! It made our holiday !

Cool to see Manhattan from the sky. Friendly staff and bokning on time. 15 minutes trip is enough. Try to sit next to pilot for better view.

Everything went absolutely perfect altbough the weather wasn‘t on our side! The whole team did everything to make it a great experience for us! Even the fact that my wife was sick that day wasn‘t a problem - they offered us the possibility to do the ride couple of days later if she feels better! ...
