Overview
After we pick you up from your hotel in Kiruna, our night journey starts at our base in Abisko.
We’ll have dinner in a restaurant , Abisko Mountain Lodge, a special recipe of reindeer (or vegetable on request).
Abisko National Park is the best place in the world to see the northern lights because of its blue hole and micro climate. We have the most cloud free nights compared to other places in the Arctic Circle.
We are famous for driving wherever we need to drive to find clear a sky, we can take you to Kiruna’s arctic forest or even to coast of Norway! We don't limit ourselves by distance!
Your guide will tell you many stories about the northern lights and Vikings and also there is a photographer that will take pictures and send it to the guests. Our guides are professional guides focused just on Aurora.
The bus is always heated, we serve hot drinks and make a camp fire for you to keep warm.
After tour, we will drive back to Kiruna.

While we are having dinner, our guides will teach you about this natural area, and show you the most important facts to understand this unique region, from the ground to the sky. We will tell you the stories about Lapland and its inhabitants, the Sami people, Abisko and Kiruna, and the science behind the Northern Lights.

Our experienced guides track the weather all day before the tour to decide where the best place to drive is the night of your tour. We don’t limit ourselves by distance or time, so we can drive wherever is needed to find clear sky on the night of. When we arrive at our viewing destination, we will make a roaring campfire, and enjoy traditional Swedish cookies, chocolates and warm drinks while we admire the Northern Lights.
Our photographers and guides have been guiding in this region and taking pictures of the Aurora for more than 3 years. They will take pictures of you and the Aurora in the sky with their professional camera which is optimized for night photography and the Aurora. If you have brought your own camera, they will help you set it up and guide you to get the best shots. The professional photos from your trip will be available 3 days after the tour. We will send them to you at no cost so that you have a beautiful memento and photos to show your friends and family at home.

100% recommended!!! They tried their best to find northern lights even if it means to go to the Norway border!!! Alex, Cristina and Onur are the nicest guides ever. Alex picked us up in our apartment to start the tour and in the road trip to abisko she explained us a lot of interesting things about the city and the life there. Then, Cristina did a reindeer bbq what was amazing! During the bbq, Onur explained us what we were going to do what the northern lights are and more interesting info about them. Once we had diner, we got dressed with the special clothes and we started looking for the northern lights. Onur did all his best to find them and we did it! The first time we saw them they were not too strong and we stayed waiting to see them in a better way but Onur and Cristina decided to find a better location and we did!! It was amazing, we stayed watching them more than an hour while Cristina was taking beautiful photos of them and us. Thanks Alex, Cristina and Onur. It was one of the most beautiful experience we had!!!traveltx2022

Seriously, if you are going to book one tour/activity in the Arctic circle, this should be it! Onur, Cristina and Alex were wonderful hosts and they really know what they’re doing/talking about when it comes to the Northern lights. We had an unforgettable night viewing the fabulous dancing lights after not having much luck our first 2 nights in Kiruna. Moreover, they are all very warm, kind and thoughtful, which made for a great time for our family (including our kids who had the time of their lives!) We highly recommend them!eddyota

They are incredibly accurate, constantly checking the weather conditions while chasing the lights with the car so that even if the sky is cloudy you can move around to try and find a clear sky. They'll even take some great shots of you. An unforgettable experience
