- Wheelchair accessible
- Service animals allowed
- Near public transportation
- Most travelers can participate
- Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
- You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
- Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
- No food or drink can be taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
- The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.
- Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
- Gear/equipment sanitized between use
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.

Went here with my husband and did the gold rush escape room! Ariel was our game guide, she was amazing and so nice! It was our first escape room and we made it out with 45 seconds left. It was so fun! Highly recommend! The person behind the desk at check in was amazing too! Didn’t catch her name!

Sharing the experience with a friend who has never been to an escape room before was awesome and so much fun! The game was intriguing, interesting and thought provoked. We loved the game we chose, The Heist, and cannot wait to go on the other adventures at this location! We both had the most amazing time at The Escape Game Jacksonville! The staff working there added to the fun and was as much a part of making our day special as was participating in the game. From Ashton to Matthew to Cheyenne to Ashley, they were truly engaged and engaging and made sure that we had the best day ever! Even their agent in the call center, Monet, went above and beyond after our adventure was over! All of them are the epitomé of what great customer relations are all about ~ it was obvious that they love their job! We would HIGHLY recommend The Escape Game of Jacksonville!
