Stop At: Bishkek, Bishkek
In the morning after pickup from your hotel we’ll start our stunning city tour. Get acquainted with the best places in the capital city. The first place to visit will be the Victory Square:
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Victory Square, Bishkek Kyrgyzstan
The square is dedicated to the Second World War with the relevant monuments and eternal fire. Our guide will tell you a brief history of the War and how it affected Kyrgyzstan.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Abdylas Maldybayev, Abdrakhmanova St., 167, Bishkek 720000 Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet theater - an old and beautiful building that showcases the charming Soviet architecture. From here you will make your way to Oak park to learn more about some other monuments and to have a glance at the fancy Art gallery.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Ala-Too Square, Bishkek Kyrgyzstan
Ala Too Square - The main square of the city where the biggest flagpole and the sentinels are located. Have a walk around the place and see the historical museum, Manas hero monument and the White House. Explore the charming “Erkindik” or “Freedom” boulevard and the old railway station which is a good example of the Soviet architecture of the early 20th century.

Kyrgyz State Philharmonic Hall - another beautiful place to capture a fascinating style of the Mayor’s office, International University and the Philharmony itself.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Osh Bazaar, Bishkek Kyrgyzstan
Osh bazaar - The legendary open air market where you will dive into the culture of traditional shopping of Kyrgyz people. A perfect place for acquiring souvenirs, dried fruits, national delicacies and much more.
Lunch in a beautiful national restaurant. In the afternoon we’re heading towards Burana Tower to the small town of Tokmok (80km).
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Burana Tower, Don-Aryk, Tokmok 722201 Kyrgyzstan
Once we get to the place we’ll spend about an hour there. Let’s climb on top of the tower which opens up a great view of the mountains, walk a bit around to see the ancient stones with various depictions and visit the archaeology museum with antique artifacts. Return to Bishkek. This is the end of your interesting and informative tour. Drop off at your hotel. Have a lovely evening!

From start to finish the day was impressive. This was a thorough tour of the main places of interest within Bishkek. Our guide Ash was comprehensive with his attention to detail and made sure that the trip was enjoyable and informative. We took a look at kyrgyz art deco, brutalist and soviet style buildings with plenty of history behind them. The mixture of walking and driving made the whole day accessible. The trip to Osh bazaar was also an interesting part of the tour but we saved ourselves for the local food at lunch which was great. The highlight of the trip was of course the Burana tower, which came after the city tour. The ancient structure stands proud against the vast kyrgyz countryside. We got to climb the tower which is worth it for the views.This tour combines the best elements of Kyrgyzstan for those, who like us, didn't have much time to explore the city and surrounding area ourselves. Highly recommended.Brent F

Overall this was an amazing tour. Ash is a great guide, he knows his city and country well and is really happy to chat with you about it and answer any questions you have. I learned a lot about the history of the country, got a great tour of Bishkek and of Burana Tower. I had a lot of requests to stop for photos of horses on the windy scenic mountain road back to Bishkek and Ash and the guide were happy to stop for me. Ash does longer tours and if I ever return I would like to try one of those out as it's a beautiful country.474daiweil

I attended this tour after finishing the National Park. Climbing the tower could be potentially dangerous but the view was beautiful and definately worth a visit. The guide speaks perfect English and was willing to answer any questions you may have.

Very friendly, and flexible. Really recommend him specially he is good in english no offense most locals here doesn’t speak or understand english so I suggest make sure to have a tour guide like ASH who really easily communicate with, On our 1st day we actually customized our tour we visited Burna Tower a magnificent historical tower + Issy kul tours & City tours it was really a long day drive but we enjoyed it specially when we saw the Issy kul lake.gabrielaS9852JQ
