Mastering one simple meditation, that can be done daily, for calming a super active mind.
Learn how to remove and heal Anxiety, Panic attacks, and Sleeplessness through Breath Yoga practices combined with natural Ayurveda techniques.
Pick up powerful Asana practice in order to reduce and heal back pain and strengthen Root and Sex Chakras.
Learn how to heal yourself and others energetically using Chakra Healing. This is a certificate course.
Bonus Module on Ayurveda for beauty, Skin hair, and all problems of neck and face. Limited seats, all meals, stay and course content covered, held in small groups.

- Not wheelchair accessible
- The nearest airport to Lefkada Island is Preveza, however, kindly check google before booking your flight. This is a fairly small airport so it might be much better to fly into Corfu ( Take a ferry and cross over to Igoumenitsa and do a Car Rental from there to come to Lefkada Island) or fly into Athens ( take a 7 am Bus) to Lefkada from where it is very easy to hire a car in order to go to Urania Luxury Villas .
- The venue is Urania Luxury Villas and while drive please use Google Maps ( not apple or other map apps) and simply take the google route to Urania Luxury Villas following the route that passes through the west route that goes through village Dragano and Athani before reaching Urania Luxury Villas.
- Any food allergies or restrictions or any physical problems should be emailed about before reaching for the program.

I had been undergoing stress and burnout and this is when I decided to try this program in Greece . It's an absolutely wonderful Yoga Meditation retreat. One of the top retreats in Greece. 7 days, you have a specific and set program that gets you right into the grind from Day 1. Says 3 and 4 can be a bit challenging but in the end , this is one of the most comprehensive retreats I have ever attended . My personal favourite was tips on Ayurveda and Chakra Healing module. A week later , I have learnt some very powerful tool ranging from meditation , yoga to healing practices. Highly recommended it for everyone trying to beat their burnout stress or depression .It was a wonderful time of journey inside myself with a great teacher and in a beautiful place. I leave the retreat with tools to implement in a daily life and wish to come back. Great experience , better than expected !

Never had I ever expected, a healing therapy with the Master would lead me to discover my spiritual path, and a life full of awareness of small things from food, yoga, meditation and the power of Breath in healing. My experience at the Alchemist Retreat was one of the most powerful experiences I had which was both powerful work yet challenging. Since then I have explored so much programs in meditation and yoga - but nothing comes close. . The location is awesome, the food is refreshing but its the practice and program that will be a forever blessing.
