My husband and I have always wanted to go to teotihuacan so we decided to book this tour to see all of the other attractions since we’d be in Mexico City. (We booked the 2 day tour) That was a bad idea. If you are like us, it would have been better to book that tour separately because we only had an hour to explore at teotihuacan when in reality you need at least 4 hours to check it out. So that was a major let down. Also, when we first arrived at teotihuacan we stopped to do tequila tasting which isn’t our thing, then we went to a souvenir shop that we didn’t care for. (You can just buy things at the actual site, no need to stop there and waste time.) I feel like they were just trying to sell us things. Then we proceeded to eat at the restaurant next to the souvenir shop. The food was good & the music and Aztec dancers were great. After that we went to the archeological site & only had an hour to explore the whole thing which was impossible. The next day we started out at a silver shop which wasn’t even on the itinerary, again, just trying at sell things and waste time. Then we went to coyoacan which wasn’t interesting & then proceeded to the Frida Khalo museum. I was excited to go in but when we were trying to go into the exhibit with her paintings inside the house, a worker told us we had to stay in the garden and couldn’t come in. That was weird since we paid to go inside and tour the whole thing. So after walking around the rest of the place which wasn’t too big but still to experience the history, we went back to try to go back in the exhibit and were able to but were told to pay 30pesos to take pictures inside. We declined. It was fun if you’re into the history of frida. Then after that we went to xochimilco to have lunch. The food was not good but it was nice being on the boat as it was relaxing. All in all I feel like it could have been a lot better. Just be sure to go to places you are actually interested in because a lot of the places they took us could have easily been skipped over.Leonardo was our guide for both days. He us such a smart, funny individual that made our trip even more worthwhile. His knowledge of the history is admired. Both days were exceptionally great. NY kids enjoyed it as much as we did. Fell in love with CDMX

Never had the chance to take the tour. Bus left at 9:00 was told it would stay until 9:10. Us nine passengers arrived at 9:03. Due to the road closure by the Police. We never had the chance to arrived at the pickup point. Tried to explain my situation but they hung up on me. Had to spend more money on another tour company. Tried to ask for my money back but they said no! Lost over $700 dollars on this trip. And an extra $800 on another tour company. Did not want this to happen again so I canceled my CanCun tour with you guys. I will never take another tour with you ever again. Bad experience for me and my family that travel so far only to have their money lost on this occasion. My son's birthday trip. Thank you for making our trip stressfulWe had Cristian for both days of the tour, he is very knowledgeable but his English could be better. We had Cristian for both days of the tour, he is very knowledgeable but his English could be better. The visits to the sites (aside from the stores along the way), are well timed, except for lunch. Most Americans eat lunch around noon and they wouldn't get to the lunch spots until 2-2:30pm. Speaking of the lunch spots, both of them, in Teotihuacan and near Xochimilco, were pure cash grabs. There is no need to have a $1,000 pesos lunch for 2 in Mexico City, unless you are going to a high end restaurant which these were not. The shopping spots you are forced to go to should be well advertised on the tour description, they are not. It is a very convenient way to see sites that are not easy to get to, when you stay downtown, but they need some improvements. It will be better to spend less time in the shopping stops to have more time visiting Guadalupe and Coyoacan . Guides were excellent
