our guide was Oscar. he was very nice and made all of us feel comfortable. we flipped over 3 times but everyone wears life jackets and helmets and flipping is what makes it so much fun. Oscar was quick to help us get out of the water after flipping and again made us feel safe and comfortable. at the waterfall everyone was jumping into a water hole and I was scared and he held my hand to jump in with him which I thought was nice of him and helped me enjoy every part of the adventure. the last 12 foot drop is extreme but I guarantee that if you don't go for it , you will regret it.
