We did the A2 Tour with Roger. He is very informative and had a fantastic day. Would highly recommend Arrow Tours. We were back in plenty of time so you certainly don’t have to worry about missing getting back on board the ship.

Definitely recommend getting the 5 luge turn ticket. Also the Jelly belly shop is amazing if a little expensive So much fun!

The luge track was a very fun addition to our day while still getting to see the area. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

It was wonderful and he is very accommodating to make it custom for everyone to enjoy their experience. Highly recommend!!

The tour was a little disorganized. The guide Roger was running behind schedule, not sure of the time he needed to return us to the port for our boarding of our cruise ship. Didn't really comment much on history or geography of where and what he was showing us. Did take us to geothermal pools, and redwood forest. We are from California and we have lots of redwood forests, he never said much about this one, how did they get a redwood forest in New Zealand? Seemed to have alot of unexplained wondering around time. That being said the adventure park with the gondola and luge ride was great! Could have been a better tour with a different guide.Our tour was from Tauranga port 30/03. Finally we got off the ship thinking we may miss our tour but thank goodness our tour guide Roger waited for us. The weather was not very pleasant but it did improve throughout the day. First stop was to a local beach lookout and then the kiwi farm and roger...
Our tour was from Tauranga port 30/03. Finally we got off the ship thinking we may miss our tour but thank goodness our tour guide Roger waited for us. The weather was not very pleasant but it did improve throughout the day. First stop was to a local beach lookout and then the kiwi farm and roger was very informative about the fruit. An opportunity to taste the green and gold. We then went to the village and had a tour. Roger saved some seats for us so we did not have a bad spot so that was good. Our tour guide did not take us to the geysers as they were short staffed but roger made sure we went there and provided lots of info. There is quite a bit of flexibility on this tour with Roger offering people if they want to take the gondola ride otherwise he was happy to show us around a forest, lookout and even a foot soak which went down like a dream. Roger returned us back to our ship on time. Thank you we really appreciated the tour and would recommend.
