Imagine a 20-hectare clos – classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Climats of Burgundy – whose vines are grown biodynamically: could you dream of a more beautiful place to develop your knowledge of wine?
This class will allow you to better understand the principles of organic and biodynamic wines, by tasting a unique selection of 5 wines.
Meet a certified trainer:
Nicolas began his career as a concert organizer, then assistant orchestra director. Guided by his love of languages and civilizations, he obtained the WSET Diploma. To bring together his two passions, he co-created Divins Accords, a concert-tasting concept. Previously in charge of the international selection of wines for a wine merchant; he is now WSET Certified Educator and is part of the Master of Wine program.

Discover the principles of organic and biodynamic wines in this 2-hour masterclass in the heart of wine-growing Burgundy.
This tasting experience was created as the perfect introduction to the world of wine for beginners but also for insiders.
On the program, we will study the principles of organic and biodynamic wines, the key differences in terms of viticulture and winemaking, as well as the main labels and their operating principles.
We will taste a unique selection of 5 organic/biodynamic wines chosen with care from the most qualitative domains. Here are examples of wines offered during the masterclass formats:
- Domaine Jo Landron, Muscadet Amphibolite 2020
- Vineyard of the 2 moons, Alsace Cécile 2015
- Domaine Combier, Crozes-Hermitage 2019
- Carabello-Baum family, Burgundy Pinot Noir 2019
- Château Guiraud, Sauternes 2015
