Cantina Biagiotti produce one of the best Tuscan wine: he is able to sell to the Michelin Star restaurant of Lucca. But more than this, he transmit the passion of winemaking just by looking at you.
The place is unique: a small cellar of a Monastery from 1700.
You will have the opportunity to know Ferdinando, a real Tuscan winemaker, and to let him show you the beauty of his cellar.
He will bring you to his vineyard where he will explain you all the secrets of winemaking and all the process that allowed him to produce one of the best wine in Lucca.
Then he will bring you inside his historical cellar and he will serve you a complete wine tasting matched with some local charcuteries like salami and local cheese.
You will be amazed by the knowledge of Ferdinando and the passion he has for the wine!

He owns an historical small winery in the heart of the countryside of Lucca: in the 1700 was the cellar of the Monastery of the city!
I will pick you up with my professional van in Lucca, I will drive till Ferdinando will welcome you in his special place.
The experience starts with a walk inside the vineyard, where Ferdinando will show you all the tough work that stays behind a glass of wine.
Then you will visit the cellar and you will discover the process and all the secrets about Tuscan wine, thanks to the explanations and the life stories of the farmer.
A small and unique place, where Ferdinando can make you understand his world and his awarded wines!
In fact, the winery has only five-stars reviews :)
At the end, you will taste the wines of the production.
Every wine will be matched with products from the garden and some specialties, like pecorino cheese... a dip in the Tuscan table culture!

Tomasso is a wonderful guide. He provided transport for us from La Spezia (Cinque Terre) to Buonamico Resort outside of Montecarlo, with an afternoon stop to view Lucca, learn some the history, and have lunch (he made us a reservation). He provided transport for us from La Spezia (Cinque Terre) to Buonamico Resort outside of Montecarlo, with an afternoon stop to view Lucca, learn some the history, and have lunch (he made us a reservation). We fell in love with Lucca and Tomasso did a wonderful job of teaching us about the town, as well as the areas on our drive. He also provided transportation from Montecarlo to Florence a couple of days later. He was professional, helpful, warm, and a good communicator. We really enjoyed our time with him and would recommend him to everyone.74maline
