What to expect
This small square - or rather triangle - is an attractive, colourful and therefore photogenic patch of ground situated just a short walk north & It's known for women selling baskets made of straw on the ground.

Stop At: Jemaa el-Fnaa, 38 Jemaa el-Fna, Rue El Ksour, Marrakech Morocco
Jemaa el-Fnaa is a square and market place in Marrakesh's medina quarter (old city). It remains the main square of Marrakesh, used by locals and tourists.
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Mechoui, Derb Semmarine, Marrakech 40000, Morocco
Mechoui Alley is Marrakech's go-to spot for mechoui, whole roasted lamb and mutton that's sold by weight and requires no more seasoning than a little bit of salt and cumin.
This is our main stop for Tanjia a specialty of Marrakech.

This area, popular throughout the day and especially in the evening, is one of the most attractive of Marrakech. You will be attracted by many streets food, small shops and street vendors of all kinds, who will seduce you with the natural kindness that makes the reputation of Marrackchis.

• The Tanjia - is a local dish slow-cooked dish, traditionally prepared in a clay pot called a tangia.
• Msmen Maamer - (Stuffed msemen) is
just like the regular Msemen but the
latter is filled with spicy herbs, vegetables and sometimes ground meat.
• Kefta of Fish ( Sardines) - Balls of Fish mixed with the fat of lamb & herbs.
• Sfenj - Moroccan donuts
• Olives - Zitoune: a variety of olives with herbs, garlic, rosemary and spices.
• Harira - Moroccan soup with mixture of vegetables, chickpeas & noodles, known mostly in Ramadan.
• Panaché - is a famous local drink based on a mixture of fruits juice.

A great experience to immerse yourself in the culture and history of Marrakech through street food. The guide Mohamed told tons of interesting facts and was very friendly and helpfulThe guide knows so much about Marrakech, Morocco and traditional food, he can answer all the questions you have. Also, very nice guy. The food on the tour was amazing - you only stop at places you’d probably won’t come on your own. Can highly recommend!
