This was our first trip to Taos, and The Tour helped us understand more about Taos today and its multi-facted history that combines Native American and European subcultures. The older buildings in the middle of town provide an identity we will remeber as we return to our home. The Tour provided historical information about the people who made special contributions to Taos. This kind of information would often be imitted from a textbook. We really enjoyed our walking tour with Sam! He provided a great history of Taos, with lots of highlights and interesting points. We definitely recommend this tour! As a bonus, the Taos Farmers Market was going on that morning. We enjoyed that too!
