Pass By: Tunco Life tour agency, Calle principal Playa El Tunco, El Tunco 0000 El Salvador
Most of the time we start our tours in our office located in El Tunco beach, however, if you are not in the area, free pick up is available in La Libertad area or in San Salvador city.
Stop At: Tamanique Waterfalls, Tamanique El Salvador
We drive for about 25 minutes to get to the beautiful town of Tamanique, from here we start the hike downhills. 20 minutes later we find the very first waterfalls and start jumping/swimming.
Duration: 3 hours
Pass By: Playa El Tunco, El Tunco El Salvador
We start the tour in our office located in the center of El Tunco beach. If you are in nearby areas (Zonte, Sunzal or any hotel around) we inform you what time we are going to pick you up.

This tour was such a great addition to my trip to El Salvador. Pickup was easy, and everything was taken care of… no planning required for a stress free adventure. Salva was so friendly and provided interesting facts and history along the way. The walk to the falls is quite manageable, and the views once you get there are stunning. So fun to be able to swim in the falls, as well as jump in off the cliffs if you dare! I would highly recommend this tour.The Tamanique Waterfalls tour from Surf City was absolutely incredible! He set our route to what was most manageable for us and how long we wanted to stay. We went at 9am and were the only ones at the one we visited. It was an AMAZING experience!
