This has been a 2 hour fabulous experience, from entry to departure. Well organised, super exhibits, the weather helped - definitely nicer in sunshine. Highly recommen!

We only visited this place as the entrance fee is included in the Innsbruck city card but this is the least attraction we liked in Innsbruck. We went there using their shuttle bus and we’ve done the tour in less than an hour. To me there is nothing extraordinary about this attraction. The schedule of the shuttle bus is less frequent so we decided to take a taxi going back to Innsbruck which cost €50 rather than wait for the shuttle bus. If you only have short period of time in Innsbruck, I would skip this attraction. Overall, it was just an ok experience nothing specialI have visited Swarovski Kristallwelten several times with ever changing attractions. This was one of my favorite visits! One less thing : they promote to buy the tickets online to avoid the queue. I also ordered a headphone to become information. When we arrive they asked me if I ordered one- than you have to wait in the queue… The rest was wonderfull I really enjoyed even the kids. This is one of the most stunning places we have ever visited - absolutely fascinating exhibitions all the way. This is one of the most stunning places we have ever visited - absolutely fascinating exhibitions all the way. Every room wowed us, so much to see. The highlight for me was the room with the real snow - just magical! When we thought we'd finished, we stepped outside to more wonderful sights to see and things to do. The carousel was beautiful (although the music was rather odd), the maze was great, the observatory tower gave a great view. The whole thing was just fabulous - well worth a visit, highly recommended!
