What to expect
We confirm all booking requests immediately and will again confirm by e-mail, phone or text the day before travel. Our goal is to provide a relaxed and happy experience for all our travelers. Therefore, we keep track of flights and will be aware of any delays. The driver will be waiting in the main terminal at the arrival gate and will be carrying a name sign for the traveler. When the traveler is ready to return, we will confirm return dates and flight time. We will then coordinate the pick up time to allow a comfortable return trip. I worked with the owners, Leslie and Chris. What absolute fantastic people! I booked them to pick us up from the airport then take us back to Tampa when the vacation time came to an end. In the meantime I asked very last minute if they would be available to pick us up after a concert on our last night and they pulled some strings and finagled things so they could help us out. Very responsive. Reasonably priced. And just super nice people. I have traveled quite a bit and utilize such services quite often and I could not give a higher recommendation to this company!! Not only is a consummate professional, but his vehicles are super nice, clean, and comfortable. He has always been able to accommodate my space requirements for equipment as well.
