If you have ever wanted to try a surf lesson in Costa Rica, Tamarindo Beach is the place to do it! Warm water, light currents, and no rocks are just a few of the reasons Tamarindo is ranked in the top 10 for best places to learn how to surf in the world. Iguana Surf is located directly in front of this beach break and is Tamarindo’s original surf shop which has been operating since 1989. We offer Tamarindo surf lessons to beginners up to advanced. You can choose from one of our three options and enjoy your surf lessons in Costa Rica.

Knowledgeable, personable, and just down to earth. Pura Vida through and through. The hostel was clean, right across the beach and minutes away from everything. They also had friendly staff that were extremely communicative. I've stayed in many hostels and this has to be one of my favorites!
