Fun and safe surf lesson, with warm ups, theory and practice.We will choose the best place to surf (Guincho or Carcavelos) according to the conditions of the sea and your level. we'll have a safe and fun surf lesson divided in warm-ups, theory, and practice. We take you where the best waves are!
Our Lessons take around 2 hours depending on your will. We have time for you to practice and get better wave after wave with our help and corrections!

What to expect
Learn how to surf or improve your skills. We will choose the best waves for the day at cascais and take you out at our Surf Lesson of 2 h divided in warm up, theory and practice.

Fabio was an excellent surf instructor - friendly, patient and extremely encouraging. We were complete novices, but with his help, our teenage son soon got the hang of it, and Fabio adapted the tutoring for us slightly ageing parents! We would highly recommend and would definitely do this again.

My family (2 kids ages 10 and 9) took a 2 hour beginner’s surf lesson with Salvador. It was a last minute plan and Andre was super accommodating and responsive on WhatsApp and quickly arranged a spot for us on the same day. The instruction and equipment was fantastic and everyone on the team had such a positive attitude. From the initial communication about what to bring and where to meet, to the safety and technical skills required to surf, instructions were clear. Our children had also just completed a week long summer camp with a competitor’s company. They said that the instruction was way better and they learned more today than they had over the course of the full week. Although it was crowded at Carcavelos, which sometimes made it difficult as I was worried I would run into other people, by the end I was starting to stand and my children were standing regularly. I can’t wait to try surfing again with Salty Souls.Great instructor in a great location. Super value. Recommended to anyone in Lisbon or around the area
