We will cross places that only with the Sup you can do, you will take baths and all that only with the Sup you can do.

What to expect
We meet at the meeting point and first have a theoretical lesson and then practice in the water.
Once you have acquired the basic techniques to face the tour, you will start on an excursion with the instructor who will follow you along the way giving you tips to improve the technique. We will visit the most important caves of Polignano a Mare, swim, dive, fully explore some stretches of the coast and take fantastic photos.

You can swim so bring goggles. The water is so clear. We kneeled and sat on the paddle boards so if you aren’t able to stand up, not a big deal. We went early and glad we did as it was less busy and not as choppy. We highly recommend and would love to do it again.Det var en virkelig hyggelig SUP tur, hvor vi også svømmede inde i grotterne og også var inde i dem med SUP. Interessant at opleve hulerne på denne måde, og man behøver bestemt ikke at være god til det, eller have prøvet det før, for at tage denne tur. Det kan gøres på alle niveauer og kan klart ...
Det var en virkelig hyggelig SUP tur, hvor vi også svømmede inde i grotterne og også var inde i dem med SUP. Interessant at opleve hulerne på denne måde, og man behøver bestemt ikke at være god til det, eller have prøvet det før, for at tage denne tur. Esperienza stupenda e curata nel dettaglio a 360°.Dopo aver messo in sicurezza tutti i vostri effetti personali,gli istruttori si occupano di insegnare l'utilizzo del sup.Una volta capito come fare,si va in tutta sicurezza in mare aperto,sempre in loro compagnia(ottima fra l'altro).All'interno delle grotte ti lasciano esplorare dandoti nozioni interessanti sul posto.Durante l'escursione verrete immortalati,ricordatevi di chiedere le foto,ogni volta che le guarderete vi verrà voglia di tornare lì!La vista di Polignano dal mare è mozzafiato,indescrivibile!
