What to expect
The meeting point is at the SUP center in Stegna, a small coastal village on the leeward side of the island. Hidden between cliffs and away from the hustle and bustle, it's the ideal starting point for this unique activity.
No previous experience necessary; SUP (short for stand up paddle boarding), is an easy, safe and fun activity for everyone. After a short warm-up and introduction to SUP you will paddle along the stunning cliff lined coast where you will discover "secret spots" only accessible by sea. You will have to time relax on your board, jump from cliffs and swim or snorkel in warm, crystal clear water.
All you need to bring is your swimwear, towel, sunscreen and a bottle of water – everything else is provided, including all necessary equipment, use of snorkel and mask and a light snack.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available from several locations on the island.

- All participants should be in general good health and able to swim.
- Not wheelchair accessible
- SUP Adventure North includes hotel pickup & drop off from Afantou, Archangelos, Faliraki, Ialisos, Ixia, Kalithea, Kolympia, Koskinou, Kremasti and Rhodes Town (including cruise ships).
- SUP Adventure South includes hotel pickup & drop off from Gennadi, Haraki, Kalathos, Kiotari, Lardos, Lindos and Pefki.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Most travelers can participate
- Please select the correct product option according to your pickup location.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

We had several breaks along the way where we could snorkel or swim next to some cliffs in the sea, jump from a cliff or just relax. Everything where well planned by the staff. Wow what a fantastic afternoon we’ve all just had. Thank you so much to Quen & Lydia for accommodating our late booking and making our afternoon on the ocean an absolute pleasure. We were picked up and dropped back to our hotel by Quen and Lydia. We were given very professional tuition and Lydia had us all up and paddle boarding within 15 mins, putting all our nerves and worries to rest. We got to see some spectacular scenery and paddled to two stunning coves which are only accessible by sea. We learnt some great tricks and also fell off a few times, which my sons found hilarious and all part of this great afternoon. If you have never tried paddle boarding, we can highly recommend Quen, Lydia and the team at Paddle Paradise.
