This tour is also about getting 'under the skin' of the food scene in Hua Hin and exploring where locals go to eat in the evening.
It's about seeing the freshest local produce in a local market full of tasty delights. In the market, we will be eating and tasting standing up. This way we can move around and sample what the vendors have to offer.

Last stop is to a popular sweets vendor. Thai sweets can challenge the senses but are truly delicious and a great way to finish a food tour.

• Yam Naem Khao Thot Fermented Pork Salad w/- Crispy Rice Balls
• Khao Soi Gai Chiang Mai Noodles (similar to Laksa).
• Miang Bplaa Phao: Salt Crusted Grilled Fish - We wrap this in lettuce leaves along with lots of herbs.

Cream was my guide and she was great! Cream spoke really good English, was nice, and seemed to really care about our enjoyment! Everything was so easy to book on line when we arrived in Hua Hin and was a superb way of enjoying the markets and small off the beaten track eateries we would never have considered. The food options were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Larb Tod at Chada Geaw a garden based restaurant. We both liked the Kiang Mai restaurant with its vegetable and leaf wrapped grilled salted fish. A special mention has to go to our super guide Cream who was not only informative and knowledgeable but really great company. An excellent evening with plenty to enjoy for all foodies! A great tour taking in local market where Cream, our guide, explained different raw ingredients and cooked food before buying us samples and providing cutlery and dishes to eat with! A real insight and gave us the confidence to eat street food during the rest of our stay. Followed by two local restaurants serving food we would not have otherwise tried and a few Thai phrases thrown in for good measure. I was part of a large group and over the course of two nights, we split into two groups and did the food tour with Belle & Cream. We went through the market, sampling food as we went. Belle & Cream were excellent in explaining everything - not only about food but about the Thai way of life. We stopped at 2 restaurants eating freshly cooked food from different regions. The last stop was a street market where we had dessert. I would recommend this tour because having lived in Thailand I still learnt many new and interesting things. Leigh was especially helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with, was prompt in replying to my many questions and gave me a lot of advice about eating out in Hua hin with my large group. This tour is a "must-do" if you want to understand Thailand a little more.
