Sunset at Kemeri National Park
Overview
You will be taken Kemeri National Park - the 3rd largest national park in Latvia! Here you will have time to enjoy ~3, 7km long walk on a nicely made wooden path in the great bog. There is also a shorter path which is about 1, 5km long but the long route includes a viewing platform which allows you to see further and truly appreciate this amazing territory!
Clear weather or a cloudy eve, this is definitely a beautiful site to visit if you're a nature lover.
On the way to the bog, we'll drive through Jurmala! Latvias 5th largest city - our beach resort, famous for it's diverse architecture. Here you'll have a quick photo stop on at the beach as well!

Our adventure from Riga to Kemeri National Park was spectacular. Erlens collected us and we took a comfortable drive to the park, chatting about a full range of topics on the way. It was just two of us with Erlens we we felt we got a really amazing experience. We arrived and took off on the 3.7km walk on the wooden walkway through the beautiful landscape and there was hardly another person in sight. We climbed the lookout tower and watched as the sun dipped into the horizon over this beautiful natural landscape. Erlens was the perfect guide for this superb tour. Talking to us about the amazing national park, but also more broadly about life and travel. We highly recommend this experience!!!Great way to end my stay in Latvia, felt like I had the entire park to myself! Beautiful scenery, peaceful and quiet,,,, Great guide, we chatted non-stop and he was happy to answer all my questions and share his knowledge. Definitely add this trip to your itinerary.

Our pick up was approximately around 4 from Riga, then we drove through Jurmala to reach the bogs just before sunset.
