Overview
Once home to the French settlers, the Ste. Anne Marine Park Islands has now become the relics of the Seychelles. They form an important part of the cultural heritage of the Seychellois people. Creole Travel Services offers you the chance to discover the treasures of the Marine Park and learn of the rich history our ancestors left behind.
Conservation has allowed the islands and its surrounding seas to harbour many indigenous species of the Seychelles. Disembark at Moyenne Island where you can join a brief tour amongst the giant land tortoises followed by lunch at the island’s Jolly Roger restaurant. After the visit and lunch, we will re-embark on the catamaran to spend the rest of the day cruising along the islands of the marine park, stopping occasionally at the coral reefs for more snorkeling & swimming, before making our way back to Mahe via a leisurely, scenic route.

Sainte Anne Marine National Park comprises 6 islands off the northeast coast of Mahé Island, Seychelles. There is much to see in the marine park, which is set amid dazzling turquoise waters and is thus, a perfect snorkelling spot.
Duration: 1 hour
Pass By: Sainte Anne Island, Sainte Anne Island
Dominated by a hill rising to 246m and surrounded by thick tropical vegetation, Ste.Anne island is the site of the first French settlement in 1770, a courageous undertaking as the island was surrounded by swamps teeming with crocodiles.
Pass By: Cerf Island, Cerf Island
Cerf Island is the second largest island in this Marine Park. This tiny island lies in the middle of the Sainte Anne Marine Park, and is surrounded by an enchanting underwater world and a rejuvenating coral reef.
Stop At: Moyenne Island, Ste Anne Marine National Park, Mahe Island Seychelles
A popular destination, Moyenne Island just under half a kilometres long. Amongst the lush vegetation of this wonderful tropical garden are the remains of early settler’s homes, pirates’ graves, a small thatched chapel and also giant tortoises roaming freely.

A close neighbour to Moyenne, Round Island features stunning beaches and coves with memorable swimming and on it is the exclusive island hideaway of Enchanted Island Resort.

A former prison, Long Island is located in the midst of the Ste. Anne Marine Park close to Round and Moyenne Islands. This coconut palm-covered gem reaches an elevation of 90m, and features fabulous powder soft beaches and beautiful turquoise seas.

Everything is well organised on the boat, the views and wonderful, from Praslin Island the views are paradisiac, the crew is helpful. The lunch on the Island is great! The musicians also, they make a really good show. It was the highlight of our trip!

Great crew and nice boat. Enjoyed cruising around the islands and stopping at Moyenne Island. Loved the big tortoises, flora and fauna. Lots of history. Good day trip.

Highly recommend. This was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The boat was immaculate and a lot of fun to be on. The snorkeling was good - the second location was best for more variety of marine life. One thing to know is that you will have to transfer to a small boat to get the island for lunch and the tour which actually was a little bit of a fun surprise. The crew was fantastic - Galina, Collin, Desmond and the rest of the crew kept us entertained and were very knowledgeable. The lunch was also great and had some live music. The tour was fun too on Moyenne Island we saw the large tortoises and baby tortoises and the coco de mer trees. Also they provide pick up and drop off so it was easy to get to the excursion. Me and my two girls went to the excursion around the Mark Parks and other activity attached with the package on 12th March 2023. It was an excellent, fabulous time for us. The teams was so professional, it make you feel like you are at home. Great teamwork, continue your fantastic job.

Booking procedures were seamless and after initially being cancelled by the operator due to not enough people booking, the trip was rescheduled for 3 days later. Booking procedures were seamless and after initially being cancelled by the operator due to not enough people booking, the trip was rescheduled for 3 days later. Pick up at our hotel was well organised and in a well air conditioned fairly new looking bus. The Catamaran is in excellent condition with good seating arrangements and toilet facilities. The front net deck is large and does not get over crowded. Everyone seem to get their turn spending time out there without much hassle. Cruising was good but unfortunately on this outing you still always see the mainland close by so don’t think you are going out on a secluded island excursion. The snorkelling stop was disappointing from a fish variety point of view. A tip for the operator, supply life jackets for snorkelling as standard and don’t wait for guests to ask for them. To many people with kids were battling to enjoy themselves. Lunch on the Moyenne Island was tasty but a little disorganised as other operators groups also use the restaurant. I would have thought that a big operator like this could easily rather prepare a more secluded private lunch for their guests. As a side the lady running the drinks kiosk must have been having a bad day for we noticed her being rather rude to quite a few guests. Benefits of having a captive clientele I suppose. The suprise Santa visit on the vessel had all the younger kids extremely happy. The champagne for the adults was a lovely touch. Well done. Some suggestions for the operator, - more snorkelling time - a more private lunch - a swim at a secluded spot.
