What to expect
Escape the heat, and enter our cooking school. The team will share with you three different types of Spritz
- Aperol
- Campari
- Limoncello
We will make the cocktails all in between making our dinner. Aperol will be our welcome lesson, Campari during the pasta and things start to get real saucy with the limoncello.

It was my second time in Rome and this is MUST experience you don't want to miss, on how to learn from the amazing and friendly chef Marcela, the preparation step by step of a real home made Italian pasta and beyond!! The location is super accessible and cozy from the first step you enter with a nice atmosphere full of drinks around, the elements to prepare the pasta and Italian music that you can even take control and choose whatever the music you like. The group was super friendly and international so during and after the dinner we enjoyed some drinks like Aperol, Campari and Limoncello that it is also part of the show, so you will become a real bartender preparing your own drinks. Thank you so much Marcela and her team for this incredible event. 5 stars!!So much fun and the food was amazing! Great to do with friends and to meet others who are traveling! What a great experience, to learn how to make the perfect pasta and a couple of cocktails to wash it all down. The hostess was amazing (sorry forget her name) she made the whole experience with her friendly and helpful manner. We got to meet some great people from the states and Europe who shared their stories of Italy which helped us see more of Italy. The pasta was one of the freshest things I've eaten and omg it was the best dish I have ever cooked. If you love food or just want something different from your visit to Rome, I highly recommend this great Spritz and Spaghetti course.
