The provider was not there at the location when I wanted to collect the bike, nobody replied to my response when I was at site, nor via chat, nor via phone. I only wasted 2 hours of my holiday in trying to find the place and documenting that I did all to get the bike. I requested a refund from Vi...
The provider was not there at the location when I wanted to collect the bike, nobody replied to my response when I was at site, nor via chat, nor via phone. I only wasted 2 hours of my holiday in trying to find the place and documenting that I did all to get the bike. I requested a refund from Viator and hope this will be confirmed soon. For those of you who were thinking of renting a bike in Vung Tau I can only recommend to search for any other provider in town, there are a few of them on the internet.
