A fabulous day out on a drive and walking tour of the eastern shore of the Dampier Peninsula at Lullumb. Bolo was an amazing host and we were privileged to be walking on this Bardi country. We got an in-depth understanding of the country, the peoples and how we can respectfully preserve and survive here. Collecting some of the delights of the coastal ecosystem along the walk and provided with a fire and feed to end the day was a slice of heaven. I feel very enriched from my experince. Bolo Angus and his family let us into their world. I cannot rate this tour highly enough, a must doFantastic experience, in a beautiful place. Immense knowledge of Bolo Angus and his other tour guides, sharing information and culture.

We were told about the trees, when hunting was done and then searched and caught a mud crab. Bolo was very enthusiastic and we finished with a quick lunch.

What a privilege to be able to go on this tour with Bolo Angus. He showed us so many interesting facets of life using traditional methods of finding water, using plants as medicine, gathering food including catching huge mud crabs. We took only so much as we needed which was cooked and shared amongst the group. So many things I found to be so impressive. Bolo speaks & sings in his native language. It’s really beautiful to listen to. He wears nothing on his feet- probably the ideal thing to do in the mud flats if you can He has great passion, respect & love for his ancestors & this beautiful part of his own country He is extremely kind and respectful A real gentleman I found the day quite emotional & was so happy to see someone like Bolo be able to not only share his unique culture with others but to also make a well deserved living from doing it very well I would 💯 % recommend this tour It blew me awaySouthern Cross Cultural Walk with Bolo at Lullumb was amazing - the best cultural tour we have been on in Australia!
