Your Chauffeur will make himself known to you by waiting at the arrivals of your designated Port. Your Chauffeur will be there 15 mins before your allotted pick up time. I was picked up on time at the Southampton Cruise terminal by a very competent and pleasant driver in a spotless and comfortable car. The driver was extremely accommodating and flexible with anything that I requested for the entire trip which included a breakfast stop before going to Windsor Castle after which we continued on to London and another stop there for me to pick a London Pass before arriving at my accommodation. It was flawless from beginning to end and highly recommend the Castle tour and car service.Christopher_B
