Pavlina was an excellent guide. We booked a tour with her prior to departing from the US. Our reserved driver was not waiting for us at the Sofia Airport. Pavlina was there to meet another family. Pavlina recognized our names on our bright yellow luggage straps. She offered us a ride with her group if our transfer did not arrive. This was our first encounter with this warm and friendly guide. She was quite knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with for an afternoon orientation tour of the central city of Sofia. She gave us an excellent dinner recommendation and even called to get our reservation booked since it was prom night and very busy at the restaurants in the central city of Sofia. She is a professional! I recommend this guide for a tour of Sofia! We enjoyed her very much!I knew a little bit more the history of Sofia and the arquitecture of the old buildings. The influence of the German, Otoman Impire and Russian in its culture.
