Snorkeling trip at Koh Chang (Starts from Koh Chang)
Overview
For the regular daytrips the boats are planned either to local coral sites, sometimes including the spectacular HTMS Chang ship wreck or to Koh Rang National Park where we enjoy the clear waters and pristine coral reefs of this protected area. Both areas are suited for diving, freediving and snorkeling. The Padi dive and freedive courses are run of the same boat as the daytrips, making it possible for family and friends to have a day out together even when doing different activities. The boats have plenty of space making them comfortable for boatjoiners as well. When we head to Koh Rang national park there is an extra entry fee of 200 bht for snorkelers

We have 2 different areas for snorkeling.
1/ HTMS chang shipwreck and 2 coral sites around Koh Chang (3 stops)
2/ Koh Rang national park area (3 stops)

We took a full day snorkeling trip that included 3 dive sites and stayed in each location for about an hour and a half. Each dive site did not disappoint, I got a lot of good GoPro footage and saw coral that I had never seen before. The water was so really clear too. The boat had coffee, tea, sweet snacks, and delicious Thai food for lunch. The boat also had a slide just in case you want to jump in the water. The staff was super friendly and professional. They had all the equipment we needed and spoke excellent English. They were really attentive to the beginners and I could tell they really enjoy their work.Thanks for the best snorkeling tour ever..my daughter and i went on a full day tour and we had the greatest day with a topproffesionel crew that truely wannet us to have lots of fun and they where relaxed and in truely great mood and provided the best service and attention and the greatest food.....

A really super day from start to finish. Pick up from our resort was exactly on time. Arriving at the BB Divers office on the pier, the staff were immediately professional, courteous and attentive- and this was the theme throughout the day. After a pleasant boat journey and a chat from the instructor about snorkelling safety/technique we came to our first snorkelling spot...and I was very wary about the large number of boats and screaming, shouting people in the water-but these boats soon moved on, and for the other two snorkelling sites we were alone. Lunch was a very nice mixture of mildly spiced Thai dishes, and the free snacks and drinks on-board were always available. My Girlfriend was very wary in the water, but an instructor went in with her and another guest and guided them along with a floating ring and made sure they felt safe and enjoyed the snorkelling. There were many, many fish and coral to see. My only minor criticism of the day is that there was no instruction given at the start about what to do in an emergency on the boat-in terms of life jackets etc. But it was a lovely day, made special by all the wonderful staff on the boat.My girlfriend and I had a day of snorkeling. My girlfriend and I had a day of snorkeling. The pickup from hotel was on time and a pleasant drive. First we snorkeled round the wreckage, after that we went to some rocks nearby. After 40 mon snorkeling (nice snorkeling), we went on the boat. After a 3.5 hours wait for the divers, we finally went back. The lunch was great, good personel and nice drinks en beverage during the whole trip. Four star because we didnt like the long wait. Next time inform the snorkeling group whats happening, and maybe have a plan voor the waiting time, 3.5 hours is too long. But i still recommend this company to anyone (divers looked happy as well :))
