This is Family- friendly tour where NO experience is needed.
Enjoy a Guided Snorkeling Tour in 4 different locations: swim with turtles, coral reef full of fish, explore the underwater museum MUSA, and finish the adventure in a sunken ship. We guarantee personal service by limiting 10 per boat, with 3 staff for each group.
After that, enjoy parasailing over the Sea of Cancun for an unforgettable sightseeing experience, overlooking Cancun's hotel zone, the Caribbean Sea, the Nichupte Lagoon and Isla Mujeres.
Feel the wind as you soar at 240 ft high and have an unforgettable experience over the waters of the sea.

- Capacity decreased to 50% overall. This means 6 people per boat, unless more coming in the same group. Tour must be operated with new snorkel tubes, or with your own tube. Recovery cost 10 usd, payable at check-in. Web check-in will be available, and strongly recommended before the activity date.

When we arrived we were sent to pay the required $15/person dock fees, which we knew we had to pay. The same gentlemen that we paid the dock fees then sold us a package for pictures that he described as a full package of pictures of our booked events, snorkeling and parasaling. We discussed, with this gentlemen that we had snorkeled with tthem in the past and only wanted the parasailing pictures. He explained the total picture package included both the snorkeling and parasaiing. Once we agreed to the package he then sent us to the photo desk to pay, told the woman working the photo desk (in spanish) we had purchased the package and we paid our $100. After our snokeling and parasailing and we went to collect our pictures this same woman then told us that our photo package only included snorkeling and that if we wanted the parasailing it would be an additional $70. We told her no, we paid $100 for the total package with both snorkeling and parasailing. She again said, $100 only covers snorkeling. So, we asked that we receive the parasailing pictures rather than the snorkeling or the $100 we had already paid. We were told no, that was nt allowed and that the only way we could get pictures from parasailing was to pay the additional $70. We refused, we were told the $100 was for both. This same lady confirmed when we paid that it was the full package and then changed the price to an additional $70. Now, the link we were sent for the snorkeling pictures will not download the pictures. I will add that we have booked with this company, pre-covid, a number of times. They have lost a repeat customer, and one that now will tell everyone to avoid this company. they have clearly declined in service, honesty. I will never recommend them to anyone.Our Guide Robert was very good. He was a full tour guide not just a snorkel supervisor. He told us about history and about the fish and turtles we got to swim with. Our Guide Robert was very good. He was a full tour guide not just a snorkel supervisor. He told us about history and about the fish and turtles we got to swim with. We took our Grandsons for a graduation reward to Cancun and they had never been snorkeling before and now they can't wait to go again!This was a great experience all around, from the pickup at the hotel to the dropoff back at the hotel. This was a great experience all around, from the pickup at the hotel to the dropoff back at the hotel. Roberto was very energetic and personable. He made sure everyone was ready to go on time and was comfortable with what they were doing. It was my wifes first time snorkeling and she is not a great swimmer. In the water when she had trouble, he was right there helping, and ended up towing her around with the rescue donut and rope. She had a great time as a result and got to say she was swimming with a turtle. The parasailing was also amazing. We had a great flight that was almost twice as long as the one we did in Hawaii last year. I could go on, but long story short, this is the experience I recommend to anyone going to Cancun.Both snorkeling and parasailing were great. We went mainly for the parasailing but the snorkeling was probably the better of the two. We saw many fish, sea turtles, the shipwreck, etc. Our guides were great in both the parasailing and snorkeling. Barracuda and Oliver were great with their communication and instructions. Oliver catered the trip to what we wanted and our swim skills. Would recommend to anyone looking for a snorkel trip, great experience.
