Overview
we are celebrating our 5th anniversary and as a token of appreciation for your preference you will get a free shopping tour to Cancun or Playa del Carmen.
the free tour will take place on a different day of your arrival. Reservation 2 days in advance is required and is subjet to availability.
upon arrival you will get the number of the executive who will assist you to make your reservation
our shuttle leaves the airport every hour on the hour from 8 am until 6 pm.
our staff will be waiting for you with a sign with our logo on it
then he will take you to the locations where you'll be boarding the vans.

- 1 piece of luggage per person
- Shared transportation is only available between 8 am until 6 pm.
- On departures the first pick up from hotels is at 8 am and we will pick up other people on the way
- Free shopping tour to Cancun or Playa del Carmen
- pick up from the hotel to the airport is only included when you booked a round trip transfer
What to expect
2.- once you have arrived and gone trough migration and customes take the exit and look for our representative holding a sign with our logo,
3.-if you booked shared transportation our staff will assign you a vehicle the waiting time from the time that you meet our staff until you live the Cancun airport is 45 minutes.
4.- Our shared transportation is only included from 8 am and our last shuttle leaves the Cancun airport at 6 pm sharp.
