Listen to the reviews! Did not receive this tour - put on a bus with over 30 people for a city tour of Santiago. Gave 2 stars because we did go to a winery and the guide Gonzalo, but he said it was MTO’s fault. BEWARE - MTO doesn’t offer the Valparaiso/Vina del Mar tour.
