The tour with Gerry was great! We started in Eyre Square (which I also know is called JFK Park thanks to Gerry) and then went around to the most interesting parts of the city. I have been to Galway a few times and seen some of the things he showed us, but the context and insights he provided gave me a new appreciation and deeper understanding of the city. If anyone is looking for an informative tour with a great guide, this is for you!Gerry has a real talent for bringing history alive. He is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, including questions about day-to-day life in Galway. When I return to Galway next summer with my sister, we will take a tour with Gerry again.

We saw most of the important sites and were given a good historical perspective of the City
