Amidst the vibrant bustle of Sài Gòn’s streets, we set off towards Tây Ninh province. We might stop along the way for refreshment and toilet.
Stop At: Black Virgin Mountain, Tay Ninh Vietnam
Upon arrival, we will take a scenic cable car ride to the peak of Bà Đen Mountain, the highest peak in southern Việt Nam. From the top, you can not only admire the magnificent Tây Bổ Đà Sơn Buddha Statue, the tallest bronze Buddha statue in Asia, but also enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, including picturesque villages and rice fields that stretch all the way to the border with Cambodia. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the stunning scenery!

Stop At: Cao Dai Temple, Long Thanh Bac Commune Hoa Thanh District, Tay Ninh 730000 Vietnam
After that, we transfer to the Cao Đài Temple which has been described as a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. The temple’s exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of swastikas. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Đài sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus, Buddha, Confucius and Laozi stand side by side.
Admire the beautiful building of Cao Đài’s biggest temple and join the ceremony to understand more about this uniquely Vietnamese religion.
Your delicious lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Savor the flavors of authentic Vietnamese cuisine while taking in the ambiance and hospitality of the locals.

Stop At: Cu Chi Tunnels, Phu Hiep TL15 Phu Hiep, Ho Chi Minh City 700000 Vietnam
We will drive for approximately 40-60 minutes to reach the Củ Chi Tunnels Historical Site.
Upon arrival, we will watch a brief propaganda video before spending the next hour exploring weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating authentic VC tunnels, visiting different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunition etc.), firing range and more. Try some local tapioca before driving back to the city.
We’ll journey back to the vibrant heart of Hồ Chí Minh City, a scenic drive that takes approximately 1.5 hours. Relax and take in the stunning countryside views as we return to the hustle and bustle of city life.
Finally, we’ll drop you off back at your pick-up point in the city center as per your request.

Easily one of the more enjoyable tours we've been on, both in Vietnam & our general travels abroad. Thong, AKA "Slim Jim", is a wonderful guide; a wealth of information with a great sense of humour. We're so glad we opted for a tour that included the Cao Dai temple rather than just the tunnel area. The temple is a worthwhile visit & the arrival is timed to coincide with the midday service. The resident monkeys even made an appearance. We passed Black Lady Mountain on the drive, said to be the southern end of the Ho Chi Minh trail; & also the stretch of road where the Pulitzer-winning image of Phan Thị Kim Phúc was taken. We toured the Chu chi tunnels and the caoladow temple with Khoa as our tour guide. It was a full day tour. Khoa was exceptional. There was 10 of us, 8 adults & 2 children. He was fabulous with everyone. He answered everyone’s questions, he was very knowledgeable about HCMC and everything on the tour also. The restaurant he took us to was a fantastic choice. I have allergies and Khoa called ahead to make sure they accommodate me. Our driver was also very friendly. He made us feel very safe at all times. With Khoa’s friendly nature I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends in Australia and also family in Vietnam. Thank you for a great day out Khoa!! I could not leave out a review for Chris I was unable to send this review as I had an internet issue but we had such an entertaining motorbike food tour we had a lot of laughs while enjoying the city. Great experience with a well spoken guide Uy! The tour covered the main sites in the city aswell as seeing the tunnels which was what I wanted. Lunch was really nice and the driver also did a good job getting there safely!
